5 steps to increase your alignment

Raising your vibration is a sure-fire way to put you on the right path to achieving success in whatever form that might be for you. It’s simple and easy too!


I’ve never really classified myself as a spiritual person but over the course of the last year or two, I have read more and more about it, especially the law of attraction which has really piqued my interest.


From reading about different practices, methods, and techniques, I have come to find that although I don’t really classify myself as spiritual, the outcomes of doing such things even when I didn’t realize that I was has been amazing.


Now, I’m not going to talk to you about specific practices, as I’ve said I’m not 100% clear on each of them, nor the benefits and side-effects.


What I am going to do, however, is share some of the things that have helped me to raise my vibration. The result of these actions is that I have up-leveled as an individual, and as a leader, and I am better positioned to help my clients and customers to see similar results in their lives and businesses.




Here are 5 things that can help you to increase your alignment and raise your vibration.


1. Recognise that saying no to things doesn't have to be a bad thing

There are people, things, situations, places, and times even, that really drain your energy and although you might not spot them straight away, if you pay attention you will soon see it for yourself.


When you can identify the scenarios where you start to feel down, lack energy, and maybe even have negative thoughts, you can begin to put in steps to start saying 'NO' to these. This will result in you protecting your mindset, and also enabling you to raise your vibration as you’re not going to be being impacted by these in the future.

2. Have time away from technology

We now consume more information than ever, be it offline or online and whether or not we know it for definite, this does have an impact on how we are feeling. Each day we see, hear, and read breaking news stories, positive and negative sources of information, insight from others, and all of this can impact how we are feeling, therefore, lowering our vibration.


For example, you may have seen that one of your business buddies has had some major success, they’re sharing their story and are really proud of themselves.


Now, first of all, you might find that you are celebrating their success with them, congratulating them, and supporting their journey so far.


Next, however, if your mindset isn’t in the best place, you might start to doubt your own journey, wondering why you haven’t yet reached the same point or had that level of success.


This won’t happen with everyone obviously, but it does happen, and from my experience of being a part of many entrepreneurial groups and forums, there is a lot of this happening around the world.


With all of this information being consumed daily, it can lead to you being overwhelmed amongst other things so switching off from technology every now and again will help you to continue to raise your vibration. Getting away will give you the time to relax, reflect and revitalize meaning that when you get back to it, you will be on top form.

3. Get creative

We spend so much of our time doing the doing that we often forget how much we enjoy being creative.


Creativity has many benefits, especially as an adult. These include being able to express yourself and how you’re feeling. It can reduce stress levels, open up new ideas and thought processes, and it can give you time out to relax.


Creativity comes in many forms and you will need to determine what that looks like for you. Based on my experience, I can tell you that taking time out to do something creative, something out of the normal day-to-day activities, will boost your happiness levels and raise your vibration.

4. Surround yourself with those that bring you up

I mentioned at the beginning that there are things that can bring you down, one of those is people. Surrounding yourself with people that you know make you happy, that raise you up and those that don’t mentally drain you is such an important step.


When you’re surrounded by those that you trust and enjoy spending time with, and who encourage you to be the best version of yourself, you’re more likely to have good self-esteem. You more likely to want, and have the desire to progress be it personally or from a business perspective, and again it will help you to raise your vibration and support you in getting what you want from life.

5. Be grateful for your journey so far

Gratitude is a huge thing, it’s not just a buzzword that some people are using.


Being grateful for your journey so far, for the people and things that you have in life, and for lessons that you have learned by overcoming challenges, helps you to become a better version of yourself.


You will find that you tend not to assume that things will just happen when you’re practicing gratitude on a regular basis. You will be more aware of the impacts that your actions can result in, and you will appreciate people, things, and situations for what they are and how they have helped and continue to help you along the way.


Taking time to note down on a daily basis the things that you’re grateful for will help you in all of these areas and will raise your game. It will also give you the incentive to continue pushing for what you want in life.


So there you have it, 5 relatively simple steps that you can use to increase your alignment and raise your vibration.


These steps as I say, are based upon my own personal experience and are what have worked for me. You may find that some or all work for you and if so, that would be amazing but you won't know until you try, so what are you waiting for!?
