Have the positive intention to make things happen

Believe you can and you ultimately will. Believe you can't and that will become true too!

I truly believe that you can do whatever it is that you set your mind to.

You may not be able to do it straight away, you may not have the right tools, the right strategies, the right skills, or even the right people at this moment in time but it's not to say that you never will.

Having the positive intention to set upon this explorative journey of yours, towards the goals and the dreams that you desire, will help you to uncover what it is that you need, to make whatever it is that you're aiming for a reality.

If you don't believe in your ability to make it happen, then it won't.

You won't take the time to figure out what steps you need to take, you won't assess what it is that you need to help you on your way, and you will remain stagnant, barely hoping and wishing that you could make it happen but never actually believing that you have the ability to make it a reality.

If there is something that you want to aim for, if it's something that you know you can't just magic up straight away, then you need a plan to achieve it.

You should:

  • Take time to define what it is that you're aiming to do

  • Look at what gaps you have today in terms of skills, experience, people, money, time, whatever it is, that you need to fill to make your goal a reality

  • Determine how you might fill those gaps

  • Identify the high-level steps that you need to take

  • Dedicate time to taking action on this

  • Believe that you can make it a reality

  • Check in with yourself and your progress on a regular basis to see if you are progressing in the right direction and to determine what things you may need to tweak and change to help you on your way

Let me know in the comments if you have a goal, an aim, or a dream that you truly believe that you can achieve and how you are going to use the above steps to help you achieve it.
