This data is processed in order to operate out site and ensure that relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain a back-up process for our site, and/or databases, and to enable the publication and administration of our site, other online services and business. Our grounds for processing this data is our legitimate interest enabling up to properly administer our business and website.

Marketing Data includes data about your marketing preferences in relation to receiving marketing communications from us, and our third parties. The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system, which in this case is Google Analytics. Under these regulations we may send you marketing emails without your consent in the event that you are a Limited Company, however, you can still choose to opt-out of receiving marketing materials from Start and Succeed at any time.

To opt-out of receiving marketing materials from us, click on the unsubscribe link shown at the bottom of our emails. Should you choose to opt-out of marketing communications, this does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other transactions that you have made with us, such as purchases.

Sensitive Data

In order for us to gain a better understanding of you (our customers and audience), we may choose to carry our surveys and quizzes so that we can better understand your needs. Start and Succeed do not collect, nor store full credit card information when you make a payment to us online. We use Stripe for all credit card transactions and at no time does Start and Succeed receive or store your credit card information.

As payments are made securely through Stripe, at no time do we, have access to your full credit card number, security code, or any other payment processing information.

Data Retention

Your personal data for as long as deemed necessary to fulfil the purposes in which we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any accounting, reporting or legal requirements.

For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers including identity, contact, financial and transaction data for a period of six years after they stop being used by a customers. We may anonymise your personal data in some circumstances for the purpose of research or statistics, in this case ew may use this information indefinitely without further notice being made to you.

Start and Succeed has security measures in place to prevent your personal data from being accidently lost, used, altered, disclosed or accessed without your authorisation. Access to your personal data is only provided to those employees and partners who have a business need to know or access such data.
